If a remote work arrangement request is denied or revoked for any reason, employees can request an appeal by Dean Swanson. To make an appeal, employees should send all completed SoP internal remote work forms and a summary of why the request was denied or revoked to dean@pharmacy.wisc.edu. Dean’s office staff will forward this information to Dean Swanson to review.”
