- Go to https://businessservices.wisc.edu/travel-reimbursement/getting-reimbursed/
 
 	- Click on “Access E-Reimbursement”
 
 	- Log in with your UW Net ID
 
 	- Click on “Expense WorkCenter”
 
 	- Click on “Delegate Entry Authority” on left side of screen
 
 	- Click the plus behind your name to add a new row
 
 	- Enter employee ID of the person you are trying to add in the Search box and click on the magnifying glass
 
 	- Select the person you are trying to add in the search results box
 
 	- “Authorization Level” should be Edit
 
 	- Click “Save”
